What is our Policy?

At Gizmo Machine Tools we offer a 30 day return policy from the date of invoice on all the items UNLESS any other condition is specifically stated within the listing. The buyer is responsible for the payment of return shipping. Please note that units being sold in as-is condition carry no warranty or guarantee. Please contact us directly to let us know you will be returning the defective unit. Once we receive the unit and have verified it is in the same condition as when we shipped it, we will either send you a replacement unit if we have one in stock or we will issue a refund for the unit price. All refunds will be for the price of the defective unit ONLY and do not include shipping charges. Alterations or removal of any components off an item voids the 30-day return policy.
